Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 4–9 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.

Normally, a tracking number will be generated within 1–2 days after the order is processed by the warehouse. The tracking number usually becomes active within 1–3 days after it is generated, depending on the logistics provider.

Order Cancellations
After the 24-hour processing period, we are unable to cancel any orders. Once your order is registered within the warehouse system, it cannot be pulled back.

Refusing or Returning an Order

If you no longer wish to receive your order:

• You may refuse delivery when it arrives
• Or return the product to our warehouse at your own shipping expense
